“Parfait, Coffee, Alcohol, Sato” leads the culture of ‘ending with parfait’ in Hokkaido. Located in the heart of Sapporo City, it serves homemade parfaits, coffee, and alcohol late into the night. Its sister store, “Parfait, Coffee, Alcohol, Sato, Hanare” opened on December 24, 2019, is a counter-style establishment reminiscent of a bar.
Like the main store, an ice cream light is installed in front of the entrance, and there is a sign next to it indicating that it is open for business. Inside, there are a total of 14 seats available (12 counter seats and 2 table seats).
This store offers a menu that can be enjoyed with a variety of drinks and alcohol, including parfaits made with seasonal fruits and parfaits tailored for adults.
Like the main store, this place is also popular, and people who have finished dinner or work form a line from around 21:00.
