“SHISEIDO Parlor Ginza Main Store Salon de Cafe” is located on the third floor of the Shiseido Building. It offers seasonal parfaits made with seasonal ingredients, and a monthly changing dessert plate called “This Month’s Shiseido Parlor Story” where you can enjoy both parfait and pudding.
What we ate this time was the “Asuka Ruby Strawberry Parfait” from Miyoshi City, Miyoshi County, Tokushima Prefecture, which is planned to be offered until mid-June. The ruby-colored strawberry “Asuka Ruby” is also used in the sauce. The parfait, with its sweet and sour Asuka Ruby strawberries, the sauce, and the fresh cream, makes for a harmonious and easy-to-eat dish.
The cafe has a calm atmosphere and attracts not only female customers but also a significant number of male customers. It’s a versatile cafe that can be comfortably utilized in a variety of situations.
