The commemorative opening afternoon tea features a refreshing lineup perfect for the height of summer, utilizing an abundance of seasonal Shine Muscat grapes. The main item, a Shine Muscat parfait, is a specially crafted dish by the patissier, combining refreshing sorbet with a melt-in-your-mouth tiramisu sauce, paired excellently with the Shine Muscat grapes.
