Nakameguro: "Sakura Afternoon Tea" to Enjoy the Arrival of Spring with All Five Senses, Available for a Limited Time from February 20

The haute couture café specializing in afternoon tea, Autocouture Café Nakameguro, will offer the “Sakura Afternoon Tea”from February 20 to April 21, allowing guests to enjoy the arrival of spring with all five senses. Prices start at ¥6,350 (tax included).

The sweets selection includes five varieties: “Sakura Warabi Mochi,” “Glass Verrine with Sakura and Citrus Jelly and Yogurt Cream,” “Strawberry and Sakura Mont Blanc,” “Mousse Fromage,” and “Strawberry Butter Sandwich Cookie.” Additionally, a special “Sakura Oshiruko” is available, featuring salted kombu, shiratama, and strawberries. Using sakura, strawberries, shiratama, and other spring-inspired ingredients, the afternoon tea offers a visually stunning and flavorful experience.

The parfait “Sakurasaku” is an adorable creation adorned with sakura-shaped meringue and delicate sakura leaf tuile. Inside the glass, it features strawberries, sakura-an cream, cardamom-scented strawberry jelly, and lychee-flavored shiratama, offering a refreshing taste of spring.
