Since its opening, the Harajuku store has been offering exclusive crepes and soft serve ice cream designed for Gen Z. These limited-time sweets are prepared at a special stall inside the store, which is positioned near the entrance—making it visible to both customers inside and those waiting in line.
When the touch panel displays “Please come to pick up,” the customer heads to the stall. If you want to watch the preparation process, it’s best to go a little early. However, since both the crepes and soft serve are completed in just about two minutes after preparation begins, it’s better to head over quickly.
A smartphone stand is installed near the stall, allowing customers to take photos for social media. In fact, during the coverage, several students and international tourists were seen showing interest in the smartphone stand.

Currently, there are three types of soft serve available: “Fresh Milk Soft,” “Popping Mango,” and “Gianduja Soft.” Customers can choose between a cup or a cone for any of them. This time, we ordered the “Popping Mango” in a cone. The fresh milk soft serve is packed all the way to the bottom, and it’s topped with diced mango, mango sauce, and popping candy. As we carried it to the table, the weight of the soft serve and the crackling sound of the popping candy already made the experience enjoyable.

The mango pieces were even more generous than expected, making the dessert both visually appealing and flavorful. When scooping up all the toppings in one bite, the crunchy popping candy, the crackling sound, and the sweet-tart mango create a perfect combination, making you want to take another bite right away. If there’s one thing to note, it’s that if you eat all the toppings first, you’ll be left with just the fresh milk soft serve from the middle onward. To fully enjoy the dessert, it might be best to pace yourself and leave some mango while eating, taking advantage of the slightly larger cone.

Currently, there are six types of crepes available: “Pistachio Berry,” “Strawberry W Cream,” “Chocolate Banana Cream,” “Apple Custard,” “Yangnyeom Chicken,” and “Roast Beef.” This time, we ordered the “Strawberry W Cream” and got to watch the entire preparation process.
It is slightly smaller than a typical crepe, making it easy to eat with one hand without spilling. The crepe uses a pink-colored batter, dyed with naturally derived gardenia pigment. On top, it is topped with custard cream, whipped cream, three slices of strawberry, and crushed pistachios.

The chewy crepe batter has a satisfying texture and is more filling than it looks. About a third of the way through, the pink batter transitions to yellow, revealing that it actually has two colors. Around the same time, the inside becomes rich with whipped cream and strawberry sauce, making each bite enjoyable until the very end. In the last few bites, a slice of strawberry appears, and the strawberry sauce becomes more prominent, enhancing the fruity flavor. The first half is visually exciting with the pink crepe and colorful toppings, while in the second half, the yellow batter contrasts beautifully with the red strawberries. Overall, it was a fun and visually appealing treat from start to finish.
Please note that the flavors and prices of the exclusive crepes and soft serve at the Harajuku store may vary depending on the season.
