The fruit tart and café specialty shop Fruits Peaks is offering “THE TOWER Whole Peach” exclusively at two locations — Toyosu Sail Park (opening July 24, 2025) and Yokohama Porta — until August 31. This popular parfait has sold over 6,000 servings in just two months at the Yokohama Porta location.

This parfait is a limited summer menu item featuring two whole, juicy, fully ripened peaches. At the Yokohama Porta location, it has sold up to 180 servings a day and over 6,000 in total, earning high praise. Its appearance exudes refreshing coolness and makes a striking impression. In addition to large slices of peach on top, the glass is filled with peach sorbet and a special peach confiture, making it a parfait brimming with seasonal peaches (varieties may change depending on the time of year).
Until now, this parfait had been available exclusively at the Yokohama Porta location, but starting in 2025, it will also be offered at the newly opened Toyosu Sail Park store, which features an eat-in area.
Seeing it in person, it feels even larger than in photos — a deluxe parfait with an impressive presence thanks to the use of two whole peaches. There is an abundance of peach, and it might be a good idea to share it with two or more people.
When we visited the kitchen to observe the preparation process, we were amazed to see peaches being piled on again and again, almost to excess. Since it all starts with cutting fresh, juicy peaches, it’s best to allow plenty of time, especially during busy periods.
This parfait leaves a lasting impression on anyone who sees it — a perfect treat for making summer memories.
