Founded in 1981 on Manhattan’s Upper West Side, Sarabeth’s has gained popularity for its rich yet health-conscious breakfast offerings, including eggs Benedict, pancakes, and French toast. The brand has since expanded globally and has established a strong presence in Japan with locations in Tokyo and Nagoya.

Unlike existing Japanese outlets, the Omotesando restaurant is a street-level location featuring a more refined, adult-oriented interior design. The new concept aims to broaden usage beyond breakfast and brunch, offering alcoholic beverages during dinner hours.

The restaurant also introduces globally inspired menu items, along with newly designed interiors and staff uniforms. In addition to standard seating, a private room accommodating up to six guests is available, allowing for a wider range of dining occasions.
