The Roppongi Hills branch will be the company’s 39th location. Although its address is listed as Roppongi Hills, the North Tower itself is directly connected to Roppongi Station, so visitors should be careful not to head toward the office building by mistake.

The bright interior, designed around a white color scheme, evokes the feel of a Hawaiian living room. From early morning, the restaurant will offer staple breakfast dishes such as pancakes and eggs Benedict, along with local Hawaiian favorites including garlic shrimp and ahi poke. Popular menu items will also be available for takeout, allowing customers to enjoy them at home or at work.

Among the restaurant’s signature offerings is the pancake dish “Strawberry & Banana with Whipped Cream and Macadamia Nuts,” which was sampled during the press preview. The towering whipped cream and pancakes make for a hearty serving and a satisfying choice for those with a sweet tooth.
Overall, each dish appeared to be carefully prepared, leaving a favorable impression. The restaurant seems well suited for those looking to relax in Roppongi while enjoying a meal with a Hawaiian touch.
The Roppongi Hills branch will also offer a location-exclusive menu item: a gluten-free waffle made with 100% rice flour. The company describes it as a product it launched with confidence, saying it would never commercialize an item unless it was truly delicious.
Made entirely with domestically produced rice flour, the waffle is baked to achieve a crisp exterior and a soft, chewy interior. The rice’s natural sweetness and the rich aroma of butter provide such a satisfying flavor that diners may forget it is gluten-free. With no wheat flour used at all, it offers a healthier option. Its compact size also makes it easy to enjoy as a quick bite.
Another Roppongi Hills-exclusive menu item, avocado toast, will also be introduced.
After the opening day, business hours will run from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily.
